More than a clinic, we are building a healthy community. We accept uninsured, underinsured and insured patients of most health insurances including Medicare & Medicaid.

FREE HIV/ AIDs rapid tests available during normal clinic hours 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday.
If you bring back the results to our pharmacy to receive a $25 gift card.

TO RECEIVE THE GIFT CARD- bring the results during the following times Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to the Ebenezer Medical Outreach pharmacy (entrance on Bruce St) from 10am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 3pm to be eligible for a $25 gift card to places like Starbucks, Chipotle, Applebees, Speedway and other locations locally.

You can only do this once every 90 days.

This is available as supplies last.
