The most rewarding part of being a medical professional is an opportunity to HELP people. Help to improve their health, help to achieve their goals, and even help to fulfill their dreams. I felt very honored by the given chance to be a part of this wonderful person’s life story, which she allowed me to share with you. This young lady was unfortunate to be diagnosed with the very aggressive tumor at the age of two. Despite a very grim prognosis, after multiple surgeries, debilitating chemo, and prolonged coma, leaving almost no hope, carried by the strength, determination, and faith of her family, she was able to defeat all the odds and survive. Disease has left her with physical impairments, challenge of which she bravely overcomes on the minute to minute basis. She approached me several months ago looking for assistance in creating a wedding present for her sister. She wanted to change her nose to look good for her sister’s wedding pictures. I was very touched by this inquiry and accepted responsibility to help. It was a very gratifying feeling to witness her evolution through the process and a genuine joy of achieving the goal, she looked absolutely stunning in those pictures. From my part, it is incredible gratification to be to have chance to exercise my doctoring duties. Thank you.
