Green Light Fit Green Light Fit is about empowering a community of do’ers with an outline for greatness through fitness and nutrition challenges. You can thank us later.

Expect to work hard, expect to sweat, expect to try a strange looking green shake and expect to start kicking ass and taking names on a daily basis! What you are in for:
-what, when and how much to eat (and more importantly… what not to eat)
-daily workout programs that will make you hate us and love us at the same time
-videos of specific exercises... check yourself before you wreck yourself
-recipes and tips to keep you on the straight and narrow
-banter, heckling and encouragement from other like minded “peeps”
-access to and feedback from two fearless leaders that like to hang upside down from 50 feet up for fun
-laughter and maybe some whining as you navigate your way through this exciting journey
-feelings that resemble confidence and excitement as you gaze at yourself in the mirror for far too long

We discovered these lovely white turnips at our local farmer's market and they are our fave fall snack. Sweet and mild in taste, but packed with nutrients.
