Expectations. This is a serious and uber important conversation for me to have with my patients who are considering plastic surgery . My job as a cosmetic and plastic surgeon is to help improve your looks while still allowing you, to look like “you”

She had saline breast implants put in a few years ago and was looking to go back to her “old” shape.
