Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Huntington is a specialty acute care hospital accredited by The Joint Commission (TJC). This hospital is designed as a bridge in the continuum of care and is intended to provide intensive, specialized care for medically complex patients that require a longer treatment and recovery period. Their goal is to treat the immediate and long-term needs of patients with the goal of helping each patient reach the next level of well-being on their path to a full recovery.

We would like to congratulate our Employee of the Month for December, Paula Rowe. Paula started working with us 12/13/2025 as a PCT. Paula has 20+ years in-home care experience. She has 5 wonderful children and has always loved caring for others. She enjoys wood working, painting and reading. Her favorite quote is "If you enjoy your job, you'll never work a day in your life". Paula is always willing to pickup extra shifts or switch when needed. Paula is very kind and a compassionate employee that goes the extra mile for her teammates and patients. She is a valuable asset to the team. Congratulations Paula, and thank you for all you do.

We would like to shout a big THANK YOU to everyone that participated in our food drive! Your incredible generosity resulted in an overflowing barrel of food items collected, which will help a number of families in our community this holiday season. We are so proud of how we all came together to take care of each other. We also would like to thank Veronica Napier, Director of Case Management for overseeing this project and making it a huge success. Next year, our goal is to fill two barrels.
