At Hickory Creek at Huntington, our residents celebrate with goodies for Halloween with their Halloween party and decorating! More than anything, residents enjoy making up the treats bags to distribute to our staff’s children and grandchildren. Our residents love being members of our family!

Congratulations to Lacey Smith, QMA, our Quest for Excellence winner for 2025, who was celebrated last night at the Quest for Excellence award banquet at the Marriott in Indianapolis. The Quest for Excellence award is the highest level of recognition an ASC employee can receive, honoring those who exhibit a compassionate and dedicated approach that surpasses their typical job requirements.

Our residents love expressing themselves in various ways, from coloring, painting pumpkins, working with clay, and drawing. Our residents have even created pictures from scratch with paints, markers, and colored pencils for different staff members. Here are a few of their creations!

Saphyre Underwood is our residents’ choice for Employee of the Month for November!

Saphyre has been a CNA for seven months and has spent almost the entire time with us. She is 18 years old and has a heart for our residents. Her mom is also a CNA here, and she has two brothers. Saphyre says she loves working here because of the staff and how helpful everyone is.

We are very happy and lucky to have Saphyre as part of our Hickory Creek family!
