Here at Hickory Creek at Huntington, we offer many different types of activities to promote movement, exercise, and fun! We make exercise enjoyable every day with Fitness Fusion, featuring music and lights. We also have a walking club, skeeball, and Bat the Balloon, to name a few. There’s never a dull moment!

Here at Hickory Creek at Huntington, we have Jovial Joke Time which the residents LOVE! They laugh at the jokes we tell, and even tell some of their own!

Here at Hickory Creek at Huntington, we listen to our residents. The consensus was to add a walking club, so we did! If the weather is nice perfect, if it’s not, then we will take laps around the building inside! Staff and residents alike love our new “Walking Club”, and all the fun and laughter that comes with it!

Meet Alexis!

Alexis has been a part of our Hickory Creek at Huntington family for about 5 months now. This is her first time working in a nursing facility, and has chosen to be our weekend Activity Assistant.

Alexis graduates high school this year. Her family consists of herself, her mom, step dad, and a younger brother. She has 3 cats and a dog.

Alexis likes working here because the residents make her laugh. There isn’t a day that goes by that she isn’t laughing with the residents. We are happy to have Alexis as a part of our Hickory Creek family.
