Well, we've officially reached that time of year with less sunlight, extra cozy days, fun-filled gatherings — and yep, plenty of cooties going around 🤧 Here are a few tips for staying well:

First things first, diffuse Thieves (or any immune-supporting oil) every night with your favorite sleepy blend. Just a drop or two makes such a difference — your lungs + immune system will thank you! I also love rolling a wellness roller on the bottoms of my feet daily, taking Inner Defense as needed, drinking plenty of NingXia Red, and adding Vitamin C + D into my routine daily.

Most importantly: listen to your body. Give yourself rest when you need it, get fresh air a few times a week, nourish your body with good foods, and build a strong foundation of wellness from the inside out. 🌿
