MEET YOUR COACH — Laura

Laura is currently going through our coaching development process, bringing over 5 years of experience while continuing her education toward her Master’s and becoming a Registered Dietitian.

Her focus has been working with female athletes — building strength, increasing power, and elevating performance. She’s driven to help athletes step outside their comfort zones and reach levels they didn’t think were possible.

She’s continuing to grow within our system and develop every day — not just as a coach, but as an RD-to-be.

All winter long, West Islip Lacrosse and West Islip Baseball went head to head.

Nutrition quizzes. Homework assignments. Strength sessions. Accountability.
Fifteen weeks of competition to sharpen both mind and body before the season.

Yesterday it all came down to ten final events, from European handball to Jeopardy, testing teamwork, toughness, and focus.

Competition breeds greatness.
The intensity, pride, and fire these athletes brought every single week was incredible to watch.

West Islip Lacrosse takes home the trophy and the speaker this year.

Season ready. Battle tested.
