Universus Physical Therapy is a practice located in Huntington, NY. Universus specializes in the alleviation of acute and chronic pain, orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic floor dysfunction, women’s health and wellness. Examples of conditions we treat: Hip labral tears, osteoarthritis, sciatica, bulging discs, nerve compressions, tendonitis, prenatal and postpartum issues (i.e. incontinence), pelvic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation, osteoporosis and many more!

Our Story

We help people (aged 40+) in Huntington, NY and the surrounding area become more active, healthy and mobile - without pain pills, surgery or procedures - so they can do the activities they love again instead of sitting in the doctor's office. We do this through our specialized one-on-one physical therapy services! Our clients often come to us exhausted and frustrated because they've already "tried everything". Often this means that pain pills, quick-fixes, or temporary treatments just don't work for you. The good news is there are other options!
