Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb transportation service through Tri-State Transit Authority in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) providing accessible “paratransit” if you’re unable to travel on the fixed route. Eligible riders may schedule all of their trips by calling the Dial-A-Ride office at (304) 529-7700 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on Monday through Friday. The best part?
