Even though colore**al cancer is the third most common cancer in the US, there are some things you can do to help lower your risk.

1. Eat plenty of whole grains, fruits, and veggies.
2. Make sure you're physically active daily.
3. Maintain a healthy weight.
4. Avoid alcohol.
5. Don't smoke.
