More horsing around as it seems everywhere I go these days, there are horses! As I was driving through the Big Horn Mountains, horses. Down to Hoover Forest Preserve, horses. What is with all the horses?

This morning I hear 2026 is the Year of the Horse in Chinese Astrology!

While although 2025, the Year of the Snake has served many of us well to assist with shedding old beliefs and ending old cycles and patterns; it is definitely time to move forward.

Having danced 💃 across The Continental Divide many times on my recent trip, I sat for a bit and tuned into the meaning behind this significant feature for me at this time. 🌄

Geographically, the Divide determines the direction 👉water flows across a continent.🌎

Spiritually, it mirrors a time in our lives where energy chooses a direction 🥰and for me, the message was very clear, the energy flow in my life is changing directions!🥳

There are many new things already unfolding✨ after this photo was snapped📸 and I'm excited to share with you all in the coming months what that entails.🥰🥰

First off, having been asked to teach a class 👩‍🏫; I previously would have been nervous or concerned how the attendees would receive the information I shared🥹. Yet today, I find myself here, the night before; excited, like a kid on Christmas🎁🎄🎁Eve, knowing it will be a beautiful unfolding and extremely fun, as I've always loved to teach and share knowledge. 👩‍🏫

For this is one of the things my soul came to do, teach and share knowledge; and so it IS !!📚

While botanical gardens 🌹🪻🌷🌺are known for their displays of various plants, conservation and education; I love stopping by whenever I find one as I never know what Else, I'll discover.🤓

Today a labyrinth! These winding paths 🧘‍♀️always call to me when I come across them and today was no different. Bystanders watched as I walked in a deep meditative state 🧘with my intention held in my heart💜. Taking time before I started and after I completed to sit with the energy of the current shifts in my life, very reflective in the twists and turns of the labyrinth!

We don't see the world 🌍 as it is, we see it through the lens 👓of our wounds. The more we learn 🤔about and heal our wounds 🤕, the less need we feel to control life🤺, the less need to point fingers 👉at others, the less urge to react 🤬 to life and the more we can relax 🥰and enjoy the beauty 🐎 that is all around us and flows through us. 💜

Venturing on a new trail today, I was guided to share the following….

How often in life do we behave a certain way or say certain things to elicit a desired response / reaction from another person or group? 🤓

We learn at a very young age certain actions sparks certain responses from others; hence the game begins.

Next, we get sucked into a reality based on other people’s thoughts, beliefs, and understanding of how things ‘should be’. Society and the news media drive our bus. Often, by the time we become young adults, we are living a life based on the belief’s others programmed us to believe.

Then one day, we wake up. Something happens in our physical reality, that makes us question one or two of those beliefs. And for those who have the courage, take the gift they’ve been given and dive into where the belief came from and ask the big question, is this valid for ME?

13 years ago, I accepted the gift, and started asking those questions.

I used to think I had to go to a doctor to get better, yeah, that got shot to pieces years ago.

I used to think I had to work hard to support myself. Now I realize I can get paid to do what I love.

I used to think I had to finish all my work, before I could play. I learned I can go play first and work later.

I used to think I had to be the best at Everything, I did. I realized somethings I just didn’t want to do at all, let alone be concerned about being good at them.

I used to think everyone had to like me, yeah, calling BS on that one as well.

I used to think the more I took on, the more others would value me, love me, look up to me. What I learned from this, is people just take advantage of your kindness and I am the one that ends up being miserable. So walk away.

You can begin to see, I wasn’t living my life, I was following a script, someone else wrote. Now, I write my own script.

I invite you today to take a few moments to look at life, and see what belief no longer feels right in life. Then, simply say. I give myself permission to Let Go.
And do it.
Let go.💜

Now share with a friend wrapped up in someone else's script... they will thank you.
