They happen around us all day, every day. 📆

Look at the ones which trigger you and make you 'go off', and you'll find a wound asking to be healed. 🗡🎯

To create change, take time to tap into the discomfort, feel for a where it is within you, connect with the feeling, look to see the pattern in life, ask yourself where were you hurt, disregarded, ignored or ? Take time to understand the reaction.

#✨ The Time of Transformation and Letting Go... Continues ✨

As we move closer to the end of the Year of the Snake 🐍, and the beginning of the Year of the Horse🐎~ I was guided once again to let go of something. 😮

When I first began my healing journey, I was guided to start automatic writing ✍✍🏻✍🏼 Allowing myself to share with the paper all the new and exciting discoveries in the world beyond the physical, I began to discover ! So expansive and magical 💫✨💫

Yet in the process, many of the events from my bumpy medical journey poured out as well 🌊🌊🌊. Yes, some days, tidal waves of it! So many things I never would share with others, yet putting pen to paper allowed that old energy to flow out of ME 🏄🏻‍♀️. It was very healing. To this day, I recommend this practice to anyone who needs to lighten their emotional or mental baggage a bit !🌻🌞🌻

This morning, when I woke up, the image of the box these were stored in came into my vision... and then the paper shredder 🔪🗡🔪. I didn't hesitate,. I keep a 'life journal', so I knew anything meant to be saved, already was.

As I ripped out the pages to shred, I'd catch a few words, but I didn't stop to read, just kept transmuting all the energy in those pages to .... their new frequency!! 🙃😀🙃

With every choice, there is an underlying force that pulls the decision one way or the other. Trust or fear. 💯

In healing work, fear 😮signals where trust has been broken- by trauma, betrayal or moments when we felt unseen or unsafe 😢. Restoring trust is not about forcing positivity; it's about creating enough safety in body and mind to choose openness again, one step at a time.🚶

I realized that each of my trips in 2025, placed me outside my comfort zone in so many ways. Yet today, I realized something, I trusted myself, on every trip, every adventure; ever reading I did for clients, every interaction, every decision.....I trusted.🐾🐕

Understanding and trusting ourselves, our own Soul Wisdom; is freedom. 💜

Where in the World was Renee' ?

2025 — the Year of the Snake 🐍 — has been one of profound transformation and renewal for so many of us. 🌟 For me, it’s meant moving beyond who I once was, honoring the lessons and growth that came from every experience, and realizing we are all capable of more than we ever imagined. 💃

In embracing this year of renewal and being reborn, I’ve chosen to embody it in a very meaningful way. Changing not only the frequency of this Practice yet also, my name! 😮

The French have a beautiful name for being reborn: Renee’. 💜 I’ve always loved the name and can now truly resonate with its meaning… so therefore I am....Renee’ !!

And as my own journey has progressed 🚶🏻‍♀️, it became clear that my practice needed to evolve as well. 💯 Sacred Light has grown into Soul Wisdom Integrations. A name more fully reflecting the essence of this work, integrating higher consciousness into our everyday lives. Removing distortions of our own making to creating a life of courageous joy!!
