We wanted to take a moment to thank all of you who dropped off donations for the Grafton Food Pantry last month.

With your help, we collected over 160 items and made the delivery just in time for Thanksgiving!

Giving back to our community is such a privilege and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without our wonderful patients’ kindness and generosity.

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving and wish you the best this holiday season 🎅🏼🎁❄️☃️

🎁Holiday Toy & Book Drive🎁

Our office is excited to announce that we’ll be accepting toy and book donations for Head Start McHenry County, a preschool-age program serving 70+ families throughout the county. The Head Start program provides more than just education, including health, nutrition and family support services. Students involved in the program have the opportunity to improve their school readiness, cognitive and social-emotional skills and long-term educational and economic outcomes.

🗓️ We will be accepting donations November 24th thru December 16th

⏰ Gifts may be dropped off during our regular business hours:
Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
*We will be closed November 26th-28th*

🎁 Gifts may be wrapped or unwrapped. If you choose to wrap them, please label the gift with the intended recipient, for example:
• Boy Age 2-4
• Girl Age 3-5
• Child Age 2-5 (for neutral gifts)

Those who bring in a gift will receive 30% OFF one full pair of glasses! We will honor this discount until December 31st, 2025. This discount cannot be combined with insurance or any other discounts.
