Kaleidoscope Therapy is excited to share that we are now offering individual parent/caregiver support with Claire Gardner, LPC, RPT:

At Kaleidoscope, we understand parenting can be a lot. Many parents feel the pressure of holding everything together for their family, but don’t always have a space to land themselves.

I support parents who may be experiencing:
• family stress and overwhelm
• anxiety and constant worry
• depression or feeling stuck/low
• burnout and emotional exhaustion
• navigating big transitions or parenting challenges

When a parent feels more steady, the whole family benefits. Parents and caregivers deserve support and should not have to carry it all alone. BCBS insurance is accepted. These sessions are offered via telehealth to make it easier for busy parents.

To schedule an appointment with Claire, contact info@kaleidoscope-hsv.com.
