📢Introducing Erin Letson, LMSW! 📢

Erin has been working in our Madison office since the beginning of January.

Here is a little more about Erin 💬:

Erin Letson is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families through life’s challenges. She is currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist™ under a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor. She works with preschoolers, elementary-aged children, preteens, teens, and families, helping them navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, ADHD, and life transitions that can feel overwhelming. Erin’s approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in connection. She believes healing begins when children and families feel truly seen and safe. She uses evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), along with non-directive and directive play therapy, to meet each child where they are developmentally and emotionally. She is also trained in Theraplay® (Level I), which allows her to support children and families through relationship-based, experiential work that strengthens connection and emotional regulation. She partners closely with families to build on strengths, develop practical tools, and foster meaningful connections that support lasting growth and healing. She would be honored to support them on their journey toward greater balance, connection, and well-being.
