I try to use only when there is information that I really need everyone to see. We have contacted all of the major insurance companies except GEHA because we couldn’t get a human on the phone. All of them except Viva have told us that we can backdate claims once contracts are finalized.

What does that mean for you? It means you can schedule appointments, get seen by a provider, and you pay your copay. We’ll catch up on things once the contracts are signed.

The website is up! I just checked the “Book Appointment” function and it’s working.

PLEASE READ: We are still waiting for insurance companies to grind through their processes. We cannot file claims with your insurance until they get the contracts to us. We hope they will move next week but we have no control over it. Until that time we have a self-pay schedule. You can file a claim with your insurance or some may allow us to file when the contracts are completed but that’s a “Maybe”, we don’t know.

We can also do weight loss medications, B12 injections, and some other things on a strictly cash basis. We’ll keep you updated here when get information from the insurance companies.

I thought I’d try a little “subliminal” messaging.

We got over a major hurdle last Thursday, the only remaining one, so we are set to open April 8. The staff will be in the building April 1 to handle training on the computer system.
