Here are 3 simple things you can do this week:
✅ Reset your posture every 30 minutes (chin tucked, shoulders relaxed)
✅ Lay flat on the floor with knees bent for 10 minutes to decompress your spine
✅ Do this 60-second neck mobility routine:
– Look left / right (10x)
– Look up / down (10x)
– Shrug and roll your shoulders back (10x)
