Prepare/Enrich is a widely used couples counseling assessment tool which helps couples increase relationship skills and self awareness.

The assessment helps couples understand their relationship, and is not intended to be a pass/fail test but one that increases communication about important topics that all couples face.
The assessment includes scales like: conflict resolution, communication, spiritual beliefs, financial management, family maps, partner style and habits, sexuality and affection, and leisure activities.

Each partner takes the assessment individually and then the counselor provides a couples report that will be used for each session.

Premarital counseling is a way to start having important conversations that will prepare couples to start their marriage with open communication, trust and respect, and will be a tool that couples can use or revisit in the future.
