We are a group of mental health professionals trained in the art and science of mental wellness. Our therapists provide wisdom, a safe environment and the necessary tools to assist our clients in pursuing their personal solutions for mental wellness and emotional intelligence. We treat a variety of issues including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, addictions, stress, relationships, phobias, personality disorders, LGBT issues. We use a variety of modalities including, but not limited to traditional talk therapy, music therapy, short-term counseling, and cognitive behavior therapy, couples counseling, family therapy.

As of late 2025, su***de remains a significant public health concern in the United States, being the 11th leading cause of death overall and the 2nd leading cause of death among people aged 10-34.

Annually, about 1 in 20 U.S. adults (5%) have serious thoughts of su***de. For every su***de death, there are estimated to be 48 self-reported su***de attempts and 325 people who seriously considered su***de.
