At Thrive at Jones Farm, great care is just a by-product of bigger and better things. Located in Jones Valley just off Carl T. Jones Drive, our promise is to give your loved one a day that is as purpose-filled as possible, and then string those days together to last a lifetime. Here, team members fast become friends.
