What is IVR? IVR stands for Interactive Voice Response, which is an automated phone system technology that allows Scott County Pharmacy to interact with customers without a live agent. It greets callers, presents them with a menu of options via pre-recorded messages, provides announcements, and uses voice or keypad inputs to route the caller to the correct department.

Don't worry, Our 423-663-9355 and Doctor lines are still working and answered by staff. But the New Toll Free IVR Line is available 24/7/365 so that we will never miss a call and allows you to send your refill to us seamlessly at your convenience.

If you are displaced from from home and seeking refuge in Scott County, TN, reside in the following counties: Carter, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Hawkins, Johnson, Unicoi, or Washington Counties, AND uninsured, you may be eligible to receive prescription assistance.
