The University of Tennessee College of Nursing is conducting a research study focused on understanding how home environments influence behavioral and psychological symptoms in individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias, such as agitation, restlessness, and mood changes.

As part of this study, caregivers are asked to document aspects of the home environment that may trigger symptoms such as delusion, aggression, anxiety, and elation over a two-week period. The goal is to generate insights that can better support caregivers and improve dementia care. See info below for more information.
