The Community Waiver Program (CWP) is designed to provide support before a crisis occurs, with a strong focus on community involvement, employment opportunities, and the development of independent living skills. The program is currently available in 11 Alabama counties. To qualify, individuals must meet the specific eligibility criteria established for each waiver. https://buff.ly/3swzIIZ
