This Isn’t a Goodbye
Friends,
Since opening my yoga studio in Huntsville last August, I’ve learned so much; about the space, the community, and myself. While some of you may have been aware of the studio, others may not have known it was a six-month commitment. I recently made the decision to pause in-person classes and not because I want to stop sharing my practice, but because I need to put myself and my family first to shift my focus to other areas of my life. I am at peace with this decision and wanted to share that I will still be part of the community, just in different ways than before.
I will continue offering classes and mindfulness guidance in other formats. You can still flow with me on YouTube for free, and I’ll continue sharing my practice, journaling prompts, how-tos, and more on my social channels. Some of you have been with me since my early days teaching at Light On Yoga in 2018, or during my time at Grow Yoga, and some are just joining the journey now. Whether you’re new or have been following from the beginning, I welcome you to continue sharing this path with me.
This is not a goodbye—it’s a shift, a redirection. I’ve always taught the importance of listening within, living with integrity, and honoring your own sovereignty. Now it’s my turn to fully embody that for myself.
You can reach me on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, or email me at zenbendyoga@gmail.com for questions, feedback, or just to chat. For inquiries, my website is www.zenbendyoga.com.
I will continue offering pop-up classes around Huntsville, AL, and, if it aligns, I’m open to traveling to surrounding areas. Individual private sessions, small group classes, or larger group classes are also available by request.
To everyone who has shared my content, attended classes, or supported me and my business in any way: I am truly grateful.
Thank you for allowing me to support you and for letting that support be reciprocated. My heart is full of appreciation for this community, and I look forward to continuing this journey with you—just in a new, meaningful way.
