Tammy is a dynamic healthcare and business operations professional with a strong background in leadership, communication, and financial management. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Communication Studies from Kent State University, where she developed the communication skills that continue to anchor her collaborative and people-first approach to work. Over the years, Tammy has built a career leading teams, improving processes, and solving complex operational challenges across healthcare, sales, and administrative environments. Now, Tammy serves as the (Clinic) Practice Manager and Office Assistant for ProFormance
Physical Therapy and Wellness. She oversees day-to-day operations, financial processes, and administrative functions to support high-quality patient care. Known for her adaptability and hands-on leadership style, she brings clarity, organization, and warmth to every role she takes on.
Outside of work, Tammy loves staying active and having fun on the water or at the rink—whether she’s water skiing in the summer or rollerskating, she believes a balanced life fuels her energy and creativity both professionally and personally .

Dr. Duggan also provides counseling on how to manage painful daily activities and performs weekly reassessments intertwined with treatment to ensure you receive the care you need each visit.
