It’s OK to Be a Beginner
Did you know it’s OK to be a beginner?
A beginner in your health journey.
A beginner in trusting love again.
A beginner in intimacy, connection, and understanding your own body.
This morning, during my workout, I felt myself getting frustrated.
Not because I’m failing—
but because I’m learning.
Learning how to nourish myself,
how to be loved without shrinking,
how to trust,
how to build friendships,
and how to rewrite a s*x story I was never given language for.
Here’s the truth I want you to hold today:
🌿You’re allowed to begin again.
Especially when no one taught you what your body needed to feel safe.
Many of us grew up with messages rooted in silence, fear, or shame.
But your body deserves new truth
truth that honors your safety, your desire, and your healing.
Three Compassion Tools
1. Speak gently to the part of you that’s learning.
Tell her: “You didn’t know, but I’m here now.”
2. Reflect on your s*x story.
Ask: “What was I taught?”
Then ask: “What does my body need to know now?”
3. Let learning be slow and sacred.
One breath, one truth, one step at a time.
Affirmation for Today
“I honor the beginner in me. She is worthy of patience, compassion, and love.”
With you in the journey,
