Not all sunglasses are created equally, and some can make things worse.
Sunglasses that don’t block UV rays can cause your pupils to dilate, letting in more harmful light. Yikes.
Look for lenses labeled “100% UVA and UVB protection.”
Polarized lenses can reduce glare, but UV protection is what counts.
