Hi, I’m Pam, and caring for people has been the heartbeat of my life, ever since childhood and now as a wife, mother, nurse and teacher. In my nursing career (which I began in the US Army), I worked not only directly with patients but also teaching nursing at the college level – where I saw firsthand not only the stress and anxiety of illness on patients and their families, but also the stress that students and faculty can carry every single day. After retiring from nursing, life took me overseas for 15 years, where I became an international primary school teacher. I lived and worked in multiple countries, each new culture bringing incredible experiences but also its share of challenges. I’ve witnessed and personally felt the impact of life’s stressors, and I know how essential brain wellness is for navigating through them with resilience. When I discovered IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback, it wasn’t just another tool—it became part of my own healing journey. This gentle, noninvasive technology helped me find clarity, calm, and balance in ways I didn’t think possible. Now through Galenoia Brain Wellness, I’m honored to share it with others so they can experience the same transformation. Heart health is personal for me. 💙
With a family history of heart attacks, I’ve learned that caring for my heart isn’t just about food and exercise — it’s about how much stress my nervous system carries every day.
Chronic stress keeps the body in survival mode, placing an enormous burden on the heart.
This year, my biggest shift has been focusing on calming my nervous system, not pushing it harder.
IASIS Microcurrent Neurofeedback has helped my brain move out of constant “fight or flight” — creating the kind of internal calm where healing and resilience can happen.
Because calm isn’t a luxury.
