March is National Nutrition Month, and most conversations focus on food.
But what many people don’t realize is how strongly the nervous system affects digestion.

There was a time when my body felt stuck in constant stress. My IBS worsened, I gained weight, developed insulin resistance, and struggled with brain fog. It wasn’t just about what I was eating. My nervous system was stuck in survival mode.
When I began focusing on calming my nervous system, everything started to change. My digestion improved, my mood stabilized, and my body began responding to healthy habits again.
The brain–gut connection goes both ways.
