Massage cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine for pain relief, improved circulation, muscle recovery and tension relief, chronic pain and inflammation, and enhanced recovery for injuries and surgeries.

The cups are designed to create a negative pressure on the muscles by lifting the tissues up and enhancing blood flow to the area.

What to expect:

▪︎ markings left for days or longer depending on the severity of condition being treated

Lymphatic drainage... a technique that is often over looked and under appreciated. I've been studying up on this and I can't wait to use it more in my practice!

Through my trainings I've learned how much the lymphatic system does and when it's plugged how much is effected! If you tried everything to lose weight, get defined muscles, feel younger, & reduce the puffiness it may be that your lymphatic system is the issue.
