Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to handle reception and scheduling duties. Medical office experience is preferred, and training is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet visitors.
• Verify and update patient information, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong multitasking and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Friendly, personable attitude.
Work Hours & Compensation
• Monday to Friday, hours vary between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
