Position Overview
We are hiring a full-time Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to handle reception and scheduling duties. Medical office experience is preferred, and training is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and greet visitors.
• Verify and update patient information, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Excellent computer skills.
• Strong multitasking and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Friendly, personable attitude.
Work Hours & Compensation
• Monday to Friday, hours vary between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Wage based on qualifications; benefits discussed at interview.

We want to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the amazing work you ladies do everyday. From pediatric to geriatric, and everything else in between, you play a vital role in providing care, comfort, and support to patients during many of their most significant and often most challenging life experiences.
