Merry Christmas from our community family to yours!🎄

We finished the day off strong today with a Christmas Party! The residents all got to enjoy some baked goods, some hot chocolate with the fixings, and some punch. We also played a ping pong game and everyone got a chance at candy, cookies, or money. Only one lucky person managed to get the $5! Congrats Judy 🥳

The cold has already been here for a while, but today is the first official day of Winter, and it is also the Winter Solstice. This means that today is the shortest day of year, and the amount of sunlight will increase slowly each day until the longest day in June! ❄️🎄🥶

This week we had the pleasure of hosting a resident and family Christmas dinner for our community. Everyone came together and got to enjoy a very nice roast supper provided by our kitchen staff. 🍽️

Our Jingle & Mingle: Bingo Night was such a wonderful night! From sweet holiday treats to adorable “ugly” sweaters and several very happy winners, the room was full of joy and community spirit.

Thanks to everyone who attended, we are thrilled to share that we raised $600, with every dollar going directly to support our local Huron Area Senior Center. ❤️

We’ve had a lot of Christmas singing going on in our grand room this holiday season! 🎶🎺🎄

We had the pleasure of listening to James Valley Christian School play their instruments and perform for us Friday!

Then today, we had the Huron High School chorus out to sing for us! Can you spot the two eager boys in the choir?

Thank you to both schools for coming out and sharing your talents with our residents. As you can see, it’s always a full house when music is involved.
