Surviving After Su***de Education/Support Class is a 10 week class designed to help people who have lost a loved one to su***de express and understand the troubling and powerful grief, stigma, pain, and guilt they experience. Each class will focus on a unique aspect of survivor grief and includes a component in which group members share and support each other.

True Reflections is partnering with HRMC, the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline and 211 Helpline to bring this class to our community free of cost.

Tuesdays from 12-1:30, starting on Sept. 16th. at HRMC Legacy Plaza.
