It was a day kind of day yesterday along with a mixed in! This time of year is crazy, stressful, swamped but yet rewarding at the same time. The grind is real. Back at it today. I was up between 3:30-4:00am every day this week and today the body told me maybe to sleep in til 6:30 and hit the ignore on the alarm. So I did.

I plan on doing some updates on my therapy treatments that I did 3.5 weeks ago. I feel like I’ve felt some improvement but I’m being very cautiously optimistic. Taking my injections every day. I do feel my progress might be better if I wasn’t on my feet 13-15 hours a day but it is what it is! Gotta get the done for all of our customers done! Racing season is coming up fast and has already started in some places.

2022 x3 turbo in the shop today. Rebuild and a repair. Note to owners: when adjusting your compression or rebound adjustors….never tighten them too much! When you feel tension…STOP! This shock had a stuck low speed jet. The user had already somewhat stripped the brass adjustor so we had to get creative. We got it unstuck and back on the road.
