We want to take a moment to sincerely apologize and communicate openly with you.
Between challenges we experienced last week, continued staffing issues this week, and the weather system approaching, we recognize that scheduling disruptions, delays, and last-minute changes may have impacted your experience. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience, frustration, or uncertainty this has caused.
Today specifically, due to unexpected staff call-offs and limited availability, we have only one team member in the office managing all four schedules, which has resulted in running behind, delayed communication, and some unavoidable last-minute cancellations.
Please know that we are doing everything within our power to stay open, serve our clients with care, and move through these challenges with integrity and transparency. None of this is taken lightly, and your time, trust, and patience mean everything to us.
As the weather moves in, there is a possibility of additional adjustments, and we appreciate your continued grace should that occur. We will always do our best to communicate changes as promptly as possible.
