Lower back tension is one of the most common areas people experience pain and stiffness.

This can come from:
• sitting for long periods
• standing all day
• lifting improperly
• tight hips and hamstrings

Try these gentle stretches to help relieve lower back tension:

✔ Knees to Chest – Lay on your back and gently pull both knees toward your chest.
✔ Cat–Cow Stretch – Slowly arch and round your spine to improve mobility.
✔ Child’s Pose – Sit back onto your heels and stretch your arms forward to lengthen the lower back.

Hold each stretch for 20–30 seconds and breathe deeply.

Stretching regularly can help reduce tension and keep your spine moving properly.
