Please meet Carol 💙 a Generations PT patient from Milton.

After a fall left her with a broken arm, Carol has faced a long road to recovery — including wound care and significant limitations in her range of motion. But she hasn’t let that slow her down!

In physical therapy, sometimes we have to get creative to help our patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. One of Carol’s favorite exercises? 🎣 Using a fishing pole to work on grip strength and arm extension. It not only targets the muscles she needs to rebuild — it also makes therapy fun (and who doesn’t love trying to “catch” a fish during their session?).

Rehabilitation isn’t just about exercises — it’s about finding meaningful, engaging ways to help each patient reach their goals. And Carol is reeling in the progress!
