When a neurological event like a stroke or injury occurs, it can feel like the "road map" for movement has been lost. That’s where your physical therapy team comes in.

Through a process called neuroplasticity, we help the brain create new pathways to bypass damaged areas. It’s not just about "working out"—it’s about retraining the nervous system. Whether it’s improving balance, regaining gait, or refining motor skills, our team is here to guide that rewiring process every step of the way.

April Fools' Day is full of myths, but your health shouldn't be. Many believe that Physical Therapy is only for "after surgery" or that it "has to hurt to work." We’re here to clear up the confusion. Physical Therapy is about proactive health, functional movement, and sustainable pain management.

No tricks, no myths—just science-backed care tailored to your specific needs.

Rehab is about more than just 'function'—it's about freedom.

Paul recently completed his reverse total shoulder replacement rehab with a stellar outcome. Beyond the daily chores of reaching shelves and doing dishes, Paul’s biggest win was regaining the range of motion to lead his wife through an underarm turn on the dance floor.

We love helping our patients get back to their passions. Great work, Paul!

Spring into Action—Without the Ankle Pain

Is a nagging ankle ache keeping you sidelined while the weather gets nice? Whether it’s "winter rust" or an old injury flaring up, don't let stiffness stop your spring plans.

3 Signs it’s time for a PT check-up:
The Morning Hobble: Stiffness that takes "walking off" every day.
The Swelling Cycle: Your ankle looks different by 6:00 PM.
Uneven Ground Anxiety: Hesitating to walk on grass or gravel.

Don't wait, call us today!

Clinical success is about more than just "pain-free" movement—it’s about building a more resilient athlete. Our patient, Raelynn, recently graduated after recovering from a foot/ankle injury. By focusing on dynamic stability and proprioceptive awareness, we were able to help her correct compensatory patterns and improve her dance-specific form.

She is returning to the studio with better alignment and the "body literacy" needed to prevent future injury during her peak growth years. Great work, Raelynn!

We’ve all been there: the back nine starts, and suddenly that "twinge" in your inner elbow becomes a sharp "ouch." If you’re a weekend warrior dealing with Golfer’s Elbow, you aren’t alone—but you don’t have to just "play through it."

Most elbow pain in golf isn't actually an elbow problem. It’s often a shoulder or wrist problem. When your "power centers" are tight, your elbow takes the brunt of the impact force.

It's important to remember that tendons love load. While complete rest feels like the right move, it often just makes the tendon weaker. Our team can help you strengthen this tissue without re-irritating it. Call today to schedule!

Join us in celebrating our latest graduate, Joe!

Joe came to us at 77 years young, dealing with significant neck and bilateral shoulder pain that made sleeping through the night and reaching overhead feel nearly impossible. Today, Joe is heading out our doors better than when he started. He has reclaimed his sleep, improved active and passive motion in every direction, and is now managing his overhead activities and daily routine entirely on his own.

Joe’s journey is a perfect example of how physical therapy can help you regain your autonomy and get back to living life on your terms!
