"If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward." — Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Today, we honor the life and legacy of Dr. King. In physical therapy, we see the power of "moving forward" every day—no matter how small the step. Whether you are recovering from surgery or reclaiming your mobility, we are proud to be part of your journey toward a better future.

This is for those who go all out on the weekend after a quiet week in the office. Which is exactly when injuries tend to happen.

Listen to your body, stay hydrated, and play hard! But remember, if that "weekend warrior" spirit leads to a Monday morning ache, we've got your back (and your knees, and your ankles...).

Ever feel like your muscles are "knotted up" and stretching just isn't helping?

It might not just be your muscles—it could be your fascia.

At TPTC, we utilize the Graston Technique to aid in the healing of chronic inflammation and soft tissue injuries. Using specialized stainless-steel instruments, our therapists can:

—Break up scar tissue and adhesions.
—Increase mobility and range of motion.
—Speed up recovery time for sports injuries.

Stop living with the "gritty" feeling in your joints. Let’s get you moving freely again!

Ever wonder what Dry Needling actually is? (Hint: It’s not acupuncture).

While it uses similar needles, Dry Needling is a science-based treatment used by Physical Therapists to release "trigger points" or muscle knots. By targeting these tight bands, we can:
* Reduce muscle tension
* Improve range of motion
* Speed up recovery time

It’s like hitting the "reset button" on a muscle that refuses to relax. Have questions?
Call or stop by today!

Pro-Tips for Success

Stay Ahead of the Pain: Take your prescribed pain medication 30–60 minutes before your PT session so you can perform the exercises effectively.

The "Golden Window": For knee replacements, the first 6 weeks are critical for regaining "flexion" (bending). If the joint isn't moving well by then, scar tissue can make it much harder to achieve later.

Consistency Over Intensity: It is better to do your home exercises for 10 minutes, three times a day, than to do one grueling hour-long session once a week.
