TENS unit and an EMS machine, aren’t they the same thing? That’s a MYTH!😲

You may have A TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) unit at home. This device sends pulses to your nerves to block pain signals. While a TENS unit can provide temporary pain relief, it will not help you recover. ❌

An EMS (electronic muscle stimulation) machine is an advanced piece of technology. An EMS machine stimulates your muscles, rather than your nerves. It helps with strengthening your muscle and muscle spasms, so you can you rehabilitate and recover.💪
