Today we’re celebrating a decade of leadership, loyalty, and unwavering dedication.
For 10 years, she has been the steady force behind both Creative Pediatric Dentistry and O’Dell Orthodontics — and quite honestly… we would sink without her.
She is the calm voice in big decisions.
The steady hand in busy seasons.
The fairness in hard conversations.
The positivity when things feel overwhelming.
The organization behind everything that works.
If something is running smoothly, it’s because she’s behind it.
If a problem is solved, she’s probably already handled it.
If you feel supported here — it’s because she made sure you are.
She may not love traveling… but give her a beach, a Diet Pepsi, and a PB&J and she’s perfectly content (preferably somewhere in Florida ☀️).
And while she’s our Office Manager… she’s also our team mom — encouraging, guiding, correcting when needed, and always believing in us.
