We are so excited to welcome Bailie and Sierra to the Compass Aesthetics family 🤍
These two bring not only talent, but warmth, intention, and a deep love for caring for others—exactly the energy we want in our space.
✨ Bailie
Bailie moved to small-town West Virginia 8 years ago, where she attended cosmetology school and has been behind the chair for the past 6 years. Her roots here run deep, and so do her friendships. When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her fiancé, pouring her heart into raising their babies, and soaking in the simple, meaningful moments of everyday life.
✨ Sierra
Sierra is a proud wife, busy mom, and hairstylist who truly loves helping people feel confident—inside and out. Outside of work, she’s making memories with her babies, enjoying life with her husband, and embracing the beauty of small-town living.
Both Bailie and Sierra will be offering luxury head spa treatments and custom facials, bringing a calming, elevated self-care experience to Compass Aesthetics 💆♀️✨
