Located in Fairmont, WV-Immediate Opening
Facilities Coordinator/Receptionist Job Responsibilities:

· Staffed from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

· Greet visitors, tenants, and employees.

· Ensure usage of the visitor logbooks and visitor badges.

· Direct visitors or call Tenant Company for es**rt of guest.

· Receive and sign for deliveries.

· Handle general telephone inquiries and pass on messages.

· Update tenants via email about special events, work being performed at facility, etc.

· Respond to and schedule Conference Room meetings.

· Set up conference room according to customer’s needs, issuing wireless codes, room rearranging, etc. Patrol (external and internal) and report any incidents at beginning and end of each day.

· Follow end-of-day locking up procedure for building and reception.

· Schedule maintenance and building contractors

· Monitor security system to detect security breaches and ensure a timely response in protecting visitors, tenants, employees, and critical equipment (the security system records activity).

· Unlock and lock the main entrance doors at approximately 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m.

· Receive delivers of supplies, sign off on quantity received.

· Keep supply closet organized and an inventory list of what is on hand.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00/hr. $31, 200 annually
