We want to take a moment to reassure our families and loved ones that our residents are safe, comfortable, and very well cared for during this winter storm ❄️

✔️ Our dedicated care teams are staying on site to ensure there are no lapses in coverage
✔️ Our dietary team has been hard at work preparing homemade comfort food to keep everyone nourished and cozy 🍲❤️

Thanks to careful planning and preparation, we were ready for this storm. Most importantly, our residents continue to stay engaged, supported, and smiling with activities designed to keep spirits high despite the weather 🎨🧩

Oakmont Guest Care had an absolute blast hosting the Bedford Senior Center today for a lively game of bingo! 🧡 Thank you to the wonderful group who came out and made the afternoon so much fun with laughter, smiles, and great energy.

FREE COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR VENDOR SPOTLIGHT🚨

Purple Hearts Home Health specializes in assisting Veterans in the home. We are accredited with the VA so every thing we do is paid for by the VA. We take it a step further and provide every Veteran we work with with legal representation to help them navigate the VA system. This allows us to not only help with home care but also: enrollment into the VA, compensation, medical equipment, miscellaneous paperwork, scheduling of VA doctor appointments, refill on prescriptions, and anything else related to the VA. Mason will be the onsite specialist that can help you with all of your VA questions!

Lovie Baxter, MSSW, MSN, APRN, FNP–BC, CDP, is the founder of A Touch Of Love Care Home 🩷🩵🖤. There team is excited to participate in this year’s Health Fair and to serve as a community resource for families and seniors.

They will be onsite providing education to the community on senior living options, aging in place, preventative health strategies, and senior safety awareness. The focus will be on helping families understand available care options, how to plan ahead, and how to protect and support their loved ones as they age. living
