💛 Celebrating Progress at Oakmont Guest Care! 💛
We are so proud of one of our amazing therapy patients who recently faced a major setback after breaking her hip. For a while, she couldn’t tolerate sitting in her wheelchair at all — but with determination, hard work, and the support of our therapy team, she’s now able to sit up comfortably again! 🎉
Her favorite part? Getting to be social once more! 💬✨
She’s back to joining activities, chatting with friends, and bringing her bright spirit to every room she rolls into.
These are the moments we celebrate — strength, progress, and the joy of reconnecting. ❤️

When this incredible woman first arrived at Oakmont Guest Care, she could walk only 10 feet — and needed a walker to do it. Every step was a challenge, but she met each one with determination and a smile.
Through hard work, encouragement, and the guidance of our Physical Therapy team, she began to rebuild her strength one day at a time. Today, she’s walking 200 feet — with just supervision! 🚶‍♀️💪
Even more inspiring, she’s regained her ability to perform most of her activities of daily living independently — a huge step toward full confidence and freedom.
We couldn’t be prouder of her perseverance and the amazing progress she’s made. Her journey reminds us that with dedication and heart, every step forward is a victory. 💙
