The Graston Technique is something Dr. Ridley is commonly sought out for! She performs the graston technique everyday, and commonly works on knees, shoulders, legs, feet, wrists, hands, neck, back etc. This treatment breaks up scar tissue that builds up around these areas due to frequent use, injury or surgery. *Grain free chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

-1 cup creamy unsalted almond butter
-1/3 cup honey
-1 egg or flax egg
-1/4 tsp. sea salt
-1/2 tsp. baking soda
-1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Mix first 5 ingredients until a smooth batter forms, then add in shredded coconut and chocolate chips
3. Use a tbls. or cookie scoop and place batter on a cookie sheet with parchment paper
4. Bake 9-10 minutes at 350°, rotating pan after 5 minutes. Cook until golden around edges
5. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, serve warm or cold

*Gluten Free sausage balls

Ingredients:

-3/4 cup Gluten free bisquick mix
-4 oz. Italian or jalapeno sausage
-1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
-1/4 cup grated parmesan
-1/4 tsp. garlic powder
-1/4 tsp. dried, crushed rosemary
-1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
-1/2 cup of milk
-2 tbls. fresh chopped parsley
- BBQ or chili sauce if desired

1. Heat oven to 350° and grease/spray 15x10x1 inch pan
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except BBQ or chili sauce. Shape mixture into 1 inch balls and place in pan
3. Bake uncovered 22-26 minutes or until light golden brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm with BBQ or chili sauce warmed for dipping

Cornbread stuffing *gluten free🦃🌽

Ingredients: (12-14 people) *cut in half if desired
-Cornbread (enough for 13x9 baking dish)
-1 small onion
-1/2 to 1 cup celery
-1/2 tsp. of ground thyme
-1 tbls.of dried rosemary
-2 cups chicken stock
-3 tbls. of butter
-2 boiled eggs chopped

1. Mix butter, celery, and onions and cook in skillet for 5 minutes
2. Add spices and cook for 5 more minutes
3. Crumble cornbread and mix it with chopped eggs and other ingredients. Place into oiled baking dish and cook at 350° for 30-45 minutes
