When I worked a spa several years ago, I developed plantar fasciitis from working barefoot on concrete floors. I would do massage on myself and it would get better but never completely go away. The worst pain was getting up after being off my feet for a little while - stabbing pain in my feet, having to stand for a minute to get my bearings and then hobbling around. It was awful and painful. I started using CBD fluid and another plant based proteolytic enzyme late last year and the pain just evaporated. In this season of staying home, I have been running around barefoot, something I never ever did before for fear of that pain coming back. The flooring in my house is ceramic tile. The entire house except bedrooms. I realized today that all my barefoot running (and I’ve been going outside barefoot more than ever before!) has not caused me even an inkling of pain!!! Stress is high. It is for us too. One thing that has made a huge difference in our family is diligently taking CBD. Shelter in Place is pushing us all to unhealthy places, but we are more mindful and not “going to a 10”. We are still sleeping well even if we have been staying up later. We are addressing hard things and making grown up decisions. And still loving each other. Yes there are other factors but I guarantee, for us, it’s been a game changer. 💜🌱💦
