We will be transitioning appointments to telehealth from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and continuing in-clinic services from 1:00 PM–6:00 PM. If your family prefers telehealth in the afternoon, we are happy to accommodate those requests. Your therapist will email you a secure link for your teletherapy session if you are scheduled before 12:00 PM.

3 easy fine motor activities to try at home! ✨

Cheerios + Shoelace:
Picking up small items like Cheerios from an ice cube tray helps build a strong pincer grasp. Threading the items onto a shoelace adds practice with hand–eye coordination and using both hands together—skills that support activities like buttoning and handwriting.

Sticker play:
Peeling and placing stickers strengthens little fingers and improves precision and visual attention—all while feeling like play.

Bumble bee sorting with tweezers:
Picking up small items with tweezers helps strengthen the three fingers most commonly used for writing and feeding. Sorting the items also works on visual discrimination, which supports overall fine motor control.

Simple materials. Big skill-building! 💛
