About Us

No, we are not medical professionals, dieticians, fitness instructors, etc. We are simply three friends that like to encourage and support each other in our exercising goals. In November of 2015, with the help of some friends in this very space (forever thankful to Kim & Kim), we embarked on an exercise journey that we have maintained in some way, shape or form to where we are at today. We have appreciated this space that has been so nicely renovated and would like nothing better than to share it with others who need encouragement, accountability, or just a physical space to go. It is our hope that this is the “nudge” you need to embark on your own journey…no pressure.
