🌿🌱 This Weeks Wellness Win 🌱🌿
At Americare, wellness isn’t a program-it’s a way of life! Through flourish wellness, we create opportunities for residents to live with vitality, meaning, and personal fulfillment at every age and ability.
Dimension of wellness : physical
Activity: for one whole week we hid 60 turkey stickers around the building. Residents were now part of a friendly competition to see who could find the most turkeys by walking around our campus. PS they took this competition very seriously.
 Story :  our resident Patsy is one that never misses morning exercise so this competition was really fun for her. She ended up finding 19 out of the 60 turkey stickers that were hidden around the building! And she was of our WINNER of our Thanksgiving, turkey trot basket. 🦃🤎🧡

Today we celebrated a birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY CORILE!
All she wanted for her birthday was for her wall art to get a facelift! She got our Life Enrichment Coordinator to get some pink paint and spruce it up! She said it was exactly what her room needed!

Rita picked Chili & Cinnamon Rolls for lunch today! Paired with a lemon bar for dessert, it was absolutely delicious! Great choice for a chilly day!

From rosy cheeks to glossy lips, every princess looked absolutely radiant and ready for her close-up. 👸📸
