Honoring Our Veterans Today 🇺🇸

Today, I want to take a moment to thank all the brave men and women who have served our country — and especially my brother, Ryan, who dedicated 20 years of his life to the U.S. Army and retired as a Major. Your courage, sacrifice, and steadfast commitment to protecting our freedoms are beyond measure.

Your service reminds us of what it means to lead with strength, integrity, and heart. Because of you — and every veteran — we get to live, work, and raise our families in safety and freedom.

To all veterans: thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and your example. We honor you today and every day. ❤️🤍💙

Beyond physical therapy will be providing expertise in movement & mobility to young athletes looking to better themselves at camps during and outside of their seasons 💪

Proper training through developing appropriate movement patterns while starting out in a sport at a young age can help to PREVENT injuries in the future.

An added bonus is getting to help keep the coaches and staff feeling 100%!
