💗 A big thank you to ACT YOUR AGE for their recent “Share the Love” Valentine’s event!

During the event, customers had the opportunity to create a stuffed animal for themselves—and another to donate to local pediatric patients right here at Hutchinson Health.

These thoughtful gifts bring comfort, smiles, and a little extra love to our youngest patients. We’re so grateful for businesses like Act Your Age that help spread kindness throughout our community. 💙

Supporting comfort and confidence for our youngest patients is an important part of care. 💙

We were proud to provide $2,000 toward pediatric medical play kits for some of our smallest patients at Hutchinson Health. These kits help children work through medical fears and anxieties through play.

By using realistic medical tools and equipment, children can express their feelings, build understanding, and feel more prepared for health care experiences. Small moments like these can make a big difference in a child’s care journey.

❤️ February is Heart Month ❤️

This month is a reminder of how important heart health is and how caring for ourselves and one another can make a meaningful difference. Small steps like staying active, eating well, managing stress, and keeping up with regular checkups all support a healthier heart.

At the Hutchinson Health Foundation, we are proud to support programs and initiatives that promote heart health and strengthen the well-being of our community.

Supporting safe and timely transitions home is an important part of patient care. 💙

We were proud to award a $3,000 grant to support the purchase of an oxygen concentrator for patients who require oxygen during transport at discharge from Hutchinson Health.

Without access to portable oxygen, patients can face costly delays, longer hospital stays, or expensive transportation options. This equipment, available through ACC Midwest, will help patients return home safely, efficiently, and with dignity, while also reducing unnecessary expenses and preserving hospital resources.
