Harmony Hero
Congratulations to this quarters Harmony Hero, Adam Engen. Adam is a Staffing Coordinator. The following nomination was submitted by a fellow co worker:
Id like to nominate Adam Engen for the Harmony Hero award. Adam works hard every day to make sure the nursing schedules are covered and that the needs of our residents are met. He goes out of his way to accommodate staff requests and scheduling needs, always doing his best to support the team.
Adams’ efforts don’t stop there- he often steps outside his role to lend a hand whenever it’s needed around the building. Whether he is helping set up for the resident activities, dressing up in a costume to bring a little extra joy, or jumping into support other departments, he’s always ready to pitch in with a smile.
He plays an active role in organizing and helping with employee recognition events, making sure staff feel appreciated for all their hard work.
