The holidays can be heavy. Here's how to protect your peace this season:

- Set boundaries early
- Say no without guilt
- Limit social media comparison
- Ask for help when you need it

The sun’s clocked out early, and your serotonin might’ve too. 😅
If you’re feeling sluggish or low lately, you’re not alone — it’s science.

☀️ Spend time outdoors in natural light
🚶 Move your body - even a short walk helps
🗣️ Stay connected
💊 Ask your doctor about Vitamin D
⏰ Keep a steady sleep routine
💡 Use brighter lights or open your blinds

Small habits = big impact. You’ve got this.

🇺🇸 This Veterans Day, we honor every veteran and active-duty service member, and
recognize the importance of supporting their mental health long after service ends.

Our Battle Buddies support group welcomes veterans and community members seeking
connection and support. You are not alone.

Men are struggling. Silently. They account for 75% of su***de deaths, yet are half as likely to seek help.

But silence doesn't have to be the default. Struggling doesn't make you weak.
Asking for help IS brave. Vulnerability IS strength.

Men's mental health matters. We're here when you're ready.

That thing where you feel fine all summer and then November hits and suddenly you can't get out of bed? It has a name: Seasonal Affective Disorder.

SAD is real. It's not "just the winter blues." It's a recognized form of depression that follows a seasonal pattern, and it's more common than you think.

If you're feeling it too, stick around. We're in this together.

🍂 Let November remind you to slow down, check in, and lean on your community.

As the seasons change, remember that taking care of your mental health isn't something you do alone—it's something we do together. 🫶

Our team is celebrating some exciting news! We've been awarded a $5,000 grant from the South Central Community Foundation to create an official play therapy room in our Pratt office.

Play therapy gives children a safe space to process emotions and challenges. We're honored to expand this service for Pratt County families.

Thank you, South Central Community Foundation, for investing in children's mental health!
